8th Annual “Vibrant Heritage” Mexican Artisan Expo

The McAllen Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the Mexican Consulate in McAllen, will present a Mexican arts celebration on November 4 through 6, 2016. The event will host the 8th Annual “Vibrant Heritage” Mexican Artisan Expo with over 80 artisans from various regions in Mexico. 

The event will take place at the McAllen Creative Incubator, located in the 601 N. Main, in McAllen Downtown area.

During the show, artisans representing different Mexican States will display some of the best arts, clothing, crafts and candies Mexico is renowned for. In addition to this, live performers from Mexico and the Rio Grande Valley will entertain visitors of all ages with their music and talents.

Access to the event will be free to the public so that everyone can enjoy the rich culture and arts that are a part of the history our area shares with Mexico. The schedule for this event is as follows: November 4, 2016 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM; November 5, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday, November 6,  from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.                  

“Vibrant Heritage” Mexican Artisan Expo is visited every year by thousands of local citizens and visiting winter Texans and it’s an excellent opportunity to start looking for that special Christmas gift.
