Furthermore, seniors, students, individuals with disabilities, and those with Medicare can benefit from rides priced at just $0.50. This approach promotes economic fairness and ensures that Metro McAllen remains an affordable and inclusive transit option for the entire community.
We have two apps for users to use on the go. Ride Systems allows users to have
a real time location of the bus location from each route. Micro McAllen is a short
ride system to get to local Metro McAllen routes or certain locations.
The buses are great alternative for those that don't drive, don't have a car, or thier car is in the shop the buses have 7 Plus routes going all over the valley some even take you to SPI . They charge a 1$ for adults children under 12 and seniors are free students pay 50 cents.
I've had the pleasure of experiencing some of the greatest customer service. These bus drivers take a lot of pride in what they do and exemplify the meaning of purpose driven. Time and time again they've maintained a level of professionalism and heart. Vanessa has gone above and beyond making sure that her bus has been sanitized in detail during this pandemic and is welcoming to all customers.
