The Crime Records Bureau of the McAllen Police Department is responsible for providing efficient data entry services and professional public service. The Crime Records Bureau maintains and handles all case reports generated by the McAllen Police Department.
The Crime Records Unit offers the following:
- Case Report Requests
- Accident Report Requests
- Criminal History Requests
- Alarm Permits
- Fingerprinting Services
- Precious Metals License
The Crime Records Unit is located at 1601 N. Bicentennial Blvd, McAllen, Texas. The hours of operation are 8:00am – 6:00pm (Monday – Friday). The Crime Records Unit is closed weekends and most city holidays. Citizens can contact the Crime Records Unit at (956) 681-2080 or by fax at (956) 681-2081.
