McALLEN – Balloon artists, face painters and folklorico dancers will be on hand to ensure a festive evening when McAllen Public Utility (MPU) invites the community to its fifth annual MPU Night Out.
On Thursday, April 23rd from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the McAllen Public Library, MPU will provide food, fun, and entertainment at no charge in an effort to educate the community about water and water conservation.
All 13 divisions of the MPU will be on hand to inform residents about water services. PUB encourages citizens to ask questions and voice their concerns regarding water and sewer services.
Metro McAllen will provide free transportation to and from the McAllen Public Library from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Stops include the STC Technical Campus, Palm View Community Center and Las Palmas Community Center.
Additionally, a shuttle will also be available at McAllen Public Works located at 4201 N. Bentsen Road. If needed, parking will also be will be available at 4101 N. Bentsen Road.
