Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program (SW3P)
In an effort to comply with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality's (TCEQ) General Permit to Discharge Under the Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TXR150000) and enforce its Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance, Chapter 120, Article I, the City of McAllen adopted the Project Site SW3P Narrative Sheet effective immediately.
The Project Site SW3P Narrative Sheet is required to be used for projects within the City of McAllen and its extraterritorial jurisdiction and shall be submitted for City review prior to releasing project plans for construction.
Please refer to the "Project Site SW3P Narrative Sheet Instructions" to determine which Project Site SW3P Narrative Sheet applies to your project.
