The $4.00 fee for a “Parked Overtime” citation increases to $7.00 if not paid by 6:30 the next business day.

The $15.00 fee for improper parking citations increases to $20.00 if not paid within 10 business days.

Payment may be for one or more citations owed.

Pay your citation(s) in full (no partial payments accepted).

Online payments require credit/debit card authorization (Visa, MasterCard & Discover only).

If you have any questions about your parking citation, please contact the Downtown Services Department at (956) 681-3525 between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:30 pm, Monday through Saturday.

The fine may be assigned to a third party for collection efforts if payment is not received within 60 days of the notice of violation.

Failure to make payment may be cause for impoundment of your vehicle.

ADDED FEATURE: If you wish to appeal your citation, please use the link to file an on-line appeal within fifteen (15) business days from the date of issuance of citation. Late appeals will not be accepted or considered. Appeals should only be filed if a legitimate basis exists. Supporting evidence, photos, diagrams, etc., may be submitted by uploading documents. Please do not pay citation if you plan to or have submitted an appeal.

NOTICE: If you received a citation for parking in a space designated for use by vehicles transporting disabled persons, you must contact McAllen Municipal Court at (956) 681-2900. Payment or appeal for handicap parking citations will not be accepted at this site.
